This option is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of massage without the pressure to make conversation. We get it — after a long day, sometimes all you want is peace and quiet. But social expectations (and a bit of anxiety) can make silence feel awkward.

At Restore, we believe silence is powerful. It allows space for deeper relaxation, mental stillness, and emotional reset — something many of us don’t get enough of.

Here’s how it works: soft, calming music will play in the background, and your therapist will check in with you before the session begins to ensure you’re comfortable. After that, it’s your time to completely unwind, no small talk required.
