Tanith Byrne Bsc
Tanith is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from Northumbria University in 2023. Since qualifying, she has gained experience across the NHS, private practice, and sports settings, working with a diverse range of clients and conditions. Her clinical experience includes trauma and orthopaedic pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, elderly mobility, chronic condition management, and treating both recreational and elite athletes.
Tanith takes an individualised, evidence-based approach, working collaboratively with each client to understand their goals and develop effective treatment strategies that support recovery, function, performance, and long-term health.
Alongside physiotherapy, Tanith has a strong interest in strength and conditioning, which led her to become a qualified Personal Trainer. She is also a Pilates Instructor and completed her training through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) to further enhance her ability to integrate movement-based rehabilitation into clinical practice.
Tanith has a particular interest in the management of running-related injuries, whether that’s in field athletes, endurance runners or HYROX competitors. She enjoys the clinical reasoning and problem-solving involved in developing personalised and creative rehabilitation programmes that support a safe return to activity, improve performance, and build long-term resilience.
Outside of work, Tanith enjoys running, strength training, Pilates, skiing, and, more recently learning how to play golf. Maintaining an active lifestyle complements both her professional expertise and personal understanding of movement, recovery, and performance.

Riana McConnell
Riana is a qualified level 4 sports massage therapist.
She studied Sport and Exercise Science at Ulster University and graduated in 2022.
As a practitioner, Riana focuses on using various massage techniques to improve mobility, prevent and treat injury and enhance performance.

Rebecca Thomas M.Ost, GOsC Reg 9346
Bec is a registered and practicing Osteopath (M.Ost), a 350hr Registered Yoga Teacher and a Pilates Instructor.
She studied Osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University for 4 years and graduated with a Masters in 2015. Since graduating, Bec has worked as an Osteopath full-time in various clinics across London, Australia and Northern Ireland. Whilst working in Australia, she trained as a Yoga Teacher and qualified with 350 hours in 2018.
Bec work as an Osteopath full-time and teach yoga and pilates at Studio 52. She has a passion for educating and empowering people to help them feel their best and help them feel confident in their own bodies.
Bec treats all conditions and has a particular interest in runners, Women’s Health and scoliosis.
As well as in-person Osteopathy treatments, she also offer online Osteopathy consultations via Zoom for people who are shielding or don’t feel comfortable with face to face appointments.
